Providing serves are: Shop and Establishment, Food (fssai), GST, TM. LBT, Glow Signage Board, PT, PF, Fire, Trade NMMC  etc….

1.   Services:- Consultant agrees to perform the following services in timely, expeditious and professional manner.  Consulting Services in accordance with all applicable provisions of the Consultant’s Proposal with is attached hereto as incorporated herein by this reference, in the event of any conflicts between the agreement and any of the terms of the attached exhibits, the terms of the is agreement shall prevail. 

     

2.   Consultant :- Represents and acknowledges that the Services performed under this Agreement will be done using Consultant’s own equipment at Consultants own or place of the business, and at hours and times as determined by Consultant, Consultant is engaged in providing these type of  services for persons or entities other than the Country, and the Consultant is no required to provide services exclusively to the Country during the term of this Agreement.

3.   Work Quality:-  The Consultant warrants to the County that all services provided will be of good quality, in conformance with the highest stands of the profession and in conformance with this agreement.

4.  Work Product:- Any data, reports, drawings documents, or other thins or information provided by the Country ot the Consultant during the performance of service under this. Agreement  and any reports, drawings or other writings required under the services of this agreement shall be and remain the sole property of the country at all times. The Consultant return or provide to the county such documents, etc, by the completion date and before full payment of the compensation herein.

5.  Payment Terms: The will accept invoices for fees due on a monthly basis, and will, upon validation of such fees’ validity, make payment on a net-30 basis.

The will deal directly with the accounts payable department regarding all payments.

The Payment Terms section of this template outlines the methods by which the may bill the Client, and the terms under which your company agrees to pay any invoices related to this vendor agreement.

6.   Representation and Warranties

The hereby represents that they have the expertise, knowledge and experience needed to provide the goods or services outlined in this agreement.

7.  The agrees to uphold all laws and legal requirements of the state of [Commission.State].

8.  Termination

Either party may terminate this vendor agreement by providing written notice to the opposite party within 10 days of the termination requested date.

Upon this vendor agreement’s termination, all unpaid debts up to the point of termination will be due to the Vendor within 30 days.

9.  Attorney Fees

If any legal action occurs the prevailing party shall be entitled to a refund of any and all costs including attorney fees, court fees, and travel fees.

10.Delays

In the event either party becomes aware of a situation that may delay any portion of this vendor agreement they will be allowed 5 days to provide written notice inclusive of all relevant information to the other party.

By signing below, the Vendor acknowledges their understanding of the terms of doing business with the agrees to abide by these terms at all times.
